Civita

Privacy policy

Last updated 8 October 2026

This policy explains how Civita Technologies Limited (“we”) handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us. Our products will have their own privacy notices, which we will publish before they launch.

Who is responsible

The controller is Civita Technologies Limited, 26/27 Upper Pembroke Street, Dublin 2, D02 X361, Ireland. Contact: info@civitatechnologies.com.

What we collect and why

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site, and we do not sell personal data.

Who receives it

We use service providers that process data for us under data processing terms: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting) and Namecheap, Inc. (email hosting). Both may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Our host keeps technical logs for a short period set by its own retention rules. We keep correspondence as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Email us to use these rights. You can also complain to a data protection authority; ours is the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Changes

We will update this policy when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top.
